Michael Mayer is a marine industry entrepreneur, restoration specialist, and business leader with more than three decades of experience in vessel restoration, marine service operations, and maritime business development.
He is the founder of Kingdom Restoration, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring lives through skilled craftsmanship through restoration work and other services.
For nearly thirty years Michael owned and operated Mayer Yacht Service, a full service marine business specializing in vessel sales, service, restoration, fabrication, and repair. Under his leadership the company grew from a startup operation into a regional marine enterprise generating more than $8.5 million in annual revenue while employing teams of technicians, mechanics, fabricators, and marine specialists.
In addition to marine operations, Michael has managed construction projects, service operations, and workforce teams across multiple industries.
His career combines hands-on technical expertise with executive level operational leadership, making him uniquely positioned to lead a workforce development initiative centered on real vessel restoration and skilled trade training.
